Kiersten Powell – 2019 Patricia Ann Watkins Memorial Scholarship Recipient

Kiersten Powell was the first-ever recipient of the Patricia Ann Watkins Memorial Scholarship in 2019. She went on to graduate from Western Kentucky University in 2021, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Kiersten is now proudly working as a Registered Nurse, continuing the legacy of compassion and dedication that this scholarship was created to honor.

Warren Conway – 2019 John Watkins Scholarship Recipient

Warren Conway was the first recipient of the John Watkins Scholarship in 2019. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor (JD) from Southern University Law Center, graduating in 2021.

Warren now works as a lawyer, putting his education and passion for justice into practice.
